VIKY SEAL 90
SIGILLANTE ANAEROBICO FRENAFILETTI
Sigillante anaerobico per giunzioni filettate metalliche e superfici piane
con tolleranza fino a 0,5 mm in presenza di gas, acqua, GPL, idrocarburi,
oli, aria compressa, fluidi per frigoriferi. Si usa senza canapa, guarnizioni
e PTFE. Resiste alle vibrazioni, agli sbalzi termici, alla corrosione, al calore, all’invecchiamento secondo la normativa DIN 30 661.
- Temperatura di esercizio: da -55°C a +150°C
TIPO BIANCO AL PTFE:
Bassa resistenza allo svitamento, dopo la polimerizzazione resiste a
pressioni fino a 80 atm.
Idoneo per acqua potabile e per gas fino a 10 bar.
TIPO ROSSO:
Media resistenza allo svitamento, resiste fino a 150 atm.
TIPO GIALLO:
Media resistenza allo svitamento, tipo speciale approvato per l’impiego
nelle condotte contenenti OSSIGENO e gas fino a 10 bar. 60°C.
TIPO AZZURRO:
Alta resistenza allo svitamento, resiste a pressioni fino a 150 atm.
TIPO VERDE per impianti solari - alta resistenza allo svitamento
Mantiene elevati valori di resistenza in temperatura fino a +230°C.
ATTIVATORE VIKY® 90AT:
da utilizzare in caso di tempi di polimerizzazione troppo lunghi causati
da bassa temperatura, metalli poco reattivi, superfici passive e unte,
parti non metalliche, in plastica. L’attivatore VIKY® rende le superfici
attivate anche per lungo tempo e, dopo l’applicazione del sigillante,
l’assemblaggio deve avvenire entro pochi secondi.
- Tempo di fissaggio: circa 1 minuto.
PULITORE VIKY SEAL 90XP:
spray per la pulizia e la preparazione delle filettature prima
dell’applicazione dei sigillanti VIKY SEAL 90.
ANAEROBIC SEALANT
Anaerobic sealant which provides a perfect seal on metallic threaded
joints and flat surfaces, with an allowance of up to 0.5 mm, containing
gas, water, LPG, hydrocarbons, oil, compressed air, fluids for refrigerators.
It is used without hemp, gaskets and PTFE. Fully resistant to vibration, temperature changes, corrosion, high temperatures and ageing in accordance with DIN 30 661 regulation.
- Working temperature: from -55°C to +150°C
WHITE TYPE WITH P.T.F.E.:
Low unscrewing strenght, after polymerisation, it withstands pressures
up to 80 atm.
Suitable for drinking water and gas pipes with pressure up to 10 bar.
RED TYPE:
Medium unscrewing strenght, after polymerisation, it withstands
pressure up to 150 atm.
YELLOW TYPE:
Medium unscrewing strenght, special sealant approved for use on
OXYGEN and gas pipes with pressure up to 10 bar.
BLUE TYPE:
High unscrewing strenght, after polymerisation, it withstands pressure
up to 150 atm.
GREEN TYPE SOLAR 230°C
High unscrewing strenght, Working temperature: from -55°C to +230°C
VIKY® 90AT ACTIVATOR SPRAY ml. 200
in case of long curing times due to low temperatures, passive and
unctuous surfaces, plastic and metals which are not particularly reagent,
it is advisable to use VIKY® activator which allows treated surfaces
to remain active for a long time. The assembling process must occur
immediately after the application of the sealant.
- Curing time: approximately 1 minute.
VIKY-SEAL CLEANER 90XP SPRAY ml. 400:
spray for cleaning threads joint before the application of sealants VIKY
SEAL 90.
